Exchange and Return Policy – Bennedita Pan

Customer satisfaction is our priority. Therefore, we follow the Consumer Defense Code and ensure transparency in the processes of exchanging and returning products purchased on our site.

1. Return for Regret (Right of Regret)

According to article 49 of the CDC, you can cancel the purchase within 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving the product.

Conditions:

  • The product must be in perfect condition, without signs of use, with original packaging and intact accessories.

  • The request must be made via email: contato@benneditapan.com.br, providing full name, order number, and reason for return.

  • The return shipping will be covered by Bennedita Pan.

2. Exchange for Manufacturing Defect

After the 7 days of purchase and the buyer officially informs us via email at contato@benneditapan.com.br about the possible defect, there will be an attempt to fix the defect of the product within 30 days from the date of receipt for potential repair.
If the repair attempt is unsuccessful within 30 days, the customer has one of the 3 options below:

• Replacement of the product with another of the same kind, in perfect condition;
• Immediate refund of the amount paid, monetarily updated, without prejudice to any losses and damages;
• Proportional price reduction.

Steps:

  • Send photos and/or videos clearly showing the defect to contato@benneditapan.com.br.

  • After analysis, we will send a reverse logistics code for item return at no cost.

  • Once the defect is confirmed, the customer can choose to receive a new product, have the amount refunded, or receive a credit for a new purchase.

3. Product Damaged in Transport

If the product arrives with damaged or visibly tampered packaging, refuse receipt at the time of delivery and contact us immediately.

4. Product not Matching the Order

If you received a product different from what you purchased, we apologize and guarantee replacement.

Procedure:

  • Contact us within 7 calendar days after receipt.

  • The product must not have been used.

  • We will replace it at no additional cost.

5. Refund Period

In case of return, the refund will be made according to the payment method:

  • Credit card: refund on the statement (time varies according to the operator).

  • Pix or boleto: bank account deposit within 7 business days after return approval.
